Design Communication



This collaboration is an exploration of how philosophies of Tao Te Ching can be understood in the terms of modern food design. Besides applying Taoism philosophies in design, in this project we explore how philosophies like balance, harmony, naturalness, emptiness and non-action from Tao Te Ching can be achieved through selection of ingredients under the 3 categories of food in Tao practice. And looking into producing a dish representation of each philosophy.
